Educate a girl, empower a woman, inspire a community, change lives!

CGEF Schools U.K. is an initiative for schools in the United Kingdom to get involved in raising funds for our charity.

Many schools have already supported us through a variety of simple fundraising activities; and have raised almost £50,000 in the last five years!

Schools in the U.K. can raise money for the CGEF in some very simple ways, for example by holding a special ‘non-uniform day’, with each pupil donating £1.00 (a pound), or organising a lunch time bake sale.

We are always delighted to come and talk in schools who want to support us. We find those pupils who hear about the CGEF and its work benefit enormously from learning about the thousands of girls worldwide who do not have the educational opportunities that young people in the U.K. often take for granted.
